Happy Birthday our sweet little Tucker boy! How much happiness, joy, tenderness, laughter, love and so much more! You have been the happiest little baby! You love to play with your brothers and sister! You love to play ball, drive you car, drive dad's truck, take baths, play in mom's cupboards, and you like to sneak into your sisters room and play with her kitchen! You have grown to be such a daddy's little boy and when he is around all you want is him! However, when you are sick all you want is mama and that makes me so happy!! Tucker, we couldn't imagine our lives without you!
For Tucker's 1st birthday party we had The Nelson's, Greigs, and Laub family over for a barbecue and Christmas tree burning! We decided to get Tucker a little car for his birthday because he loves to drive so much! He was in that car the entire first day he had it. He absolutely loves it! We got him a yummy chocolate cake for his birthday and he LOVED it!! I cannot believe that my baby is already a year old...where has the time gone! Please slow down!! You have 7 teeth now and weigh 22lbs.
We have needing family pictures since Tucker was born, but I like to do them when my babies are a little older! I really thought that it wouldn't be that hard to get pictures taken since the majority of our children are older now, but boy was I mistaken! Tucker was the easiest out of all of the kids! These were the only good pictures out of all the ones that were taken! I look at these pictures and cannot believe how big my children are getting! It makes me sad because they are growing up way too fast! They are a ton of fun and I am really trying to enjoy every moment with them! Ty is 8, Tag is 6, Tenley is 4, and Tucker is 11 months.

Christmas really came quickly this year! It was a very busy month and Christmas shopping was done very late this year! This year we told the kids that Santa would not be bringing any electronics or games. They were all asking for TV's, iPads, Xbox 360's, Wii games and then skateboards, football, tetherball, and roller blades were last on their list. Santa did come and they were each so excited and happy with what he brought. Ty got a new coat, new shoes, a book, skateboard, and a tetherball. Tag got a new coat, new shoes, a book, skateboard, and a football. Tenley got a new coat, new shoes, skateboard, and roller blades. Tucker got a new truck with legos. Grammy and Poppy sent all the kids $25 in dollar bills and they LOVED that. Grandma and Grandpa got them a huge Book of Mormon floor puzzle and food storage and harder puzzles. Dad got a new iPod shuffle and a new scale (just what he wanted) and Mom was really surprised by the new MacBook Air that dad got her! I love it and have been able to get caught up on this blog because I actually have a computer that works! The kids have loved their skateboards, but we finally had to put them outside because they were having way too much fun with them inside! They loved playing outside with their new tetherball and football! After we opened all the presents, we got everything cleaned up because all of Josh's family was coming over at 12:00. In the past we have had beautiful weather on Christmas Day, but this year it was cold and windy. The kids really didn't want to play outside much, so we had a house full of noise. We all had a good time and even played a new game called Funglish! It is live charades, but you use words to describe, instead of actions! Of course, it would not be a family party without a little arm wrestling competition. Josh beat everyone, but Jared took him on the final round! It was crazy how tense it was and they were both really sore the next few days! We had a great time and I am grateful to belong to such a good and fun family! Crazy that Christmas is already over and soon 2014 will be over! This year has just flown by way too quickly!
The kids were so excited for Christmas Eve this year. We went over to Karen and Jacob's house to have the kids act out the Nativity. The kids were super cute and did a great job! We sang Christmas songs and really got the Christmas spirit going! Grandma read a Christmas story and it was fun to watch all the kids get really close to see all the pictures. Then the kids got to rough house with their Uncle Josh. Some how when Josh is around, wrestling matches always begin! Another exciting thing happened, Tucker stood all by himself. He is getting so big! Bekah and Ty played some Christmas songs on the piano for us; they are very talented kids.

The kids are always so excited to open their one present on Christmas Eve. However, they have started to complain that they are always new pajama's! So mom and dad told them that we will not be opening any presents on Christmas Eve any more if they continue to complain about it! With that being said, they were so happy with their new pajama's and they all looked so cute! This year we were trying to conserve money, so Josh and I did not get new pajamas like normal! Tenley got to open two presents because her mom gave her the wrong present. The loved her new Frozen dress!
