Birthday Photos

This picture was taken on his birthday before we went to the doctor. He was 30" tall, 23.11 lbs.

Tag had a great time at his birthday party. We were few in numbers, but we still had a great time. Uncle Jacob, Aunt Karen, Becca, and Jeffrey came for the festivities. We had yummy cake and ice cream, presents, and then cleaned them all off in the pool. Tag liked the balloons and LOVED the cake...it was everywhere. Here are some of the photos. I was having a hard time getting good pictures because Ty and Josh kept getting in the way! Something Tag loves to do is pick all the flowers off my plants. Here we caught him in the act, but this time he actually climbed in the flowerpot. He has never done this before. Even though I wasn't happy that all my flowers were pulled off, we had to get a picture of him because he is just so darn cute!

Happy 1st Birthday Tag!!

As I reflect upon this past year, I cannot imagine my life without little Tag! He is such a blessing to our home and always brings a smile to his mom, dad, and brothers face. Those big blue eyes melt my heart everytime! He really has been the happiest little baby and so full of life. We are excited for many more memories with you, Tag. I know his big brother, Ty, loves having him around and they have really become good buddies. They chase each other around the house, blow bubbles together in the tub, and make each other laugh. This always gladens my heart!

Tomorrow we will celebrate his birthday and I will post the pictures. I just wanted to write a quick note about how much I love my little "Taggy"!! You really do mean the world to me!

A Weekend Getaway

Two red faced boys!

Noah, Anson, and Ty

Clayton, Tag, and Grandma

Grandpa took all the boys for a jeep ride! I think he had 7 little boys in there
Uncle Rod was welding a hole in the pipe so they could lift it up with chains!
My SEXY Man

Last weekend we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Jensen. Ty and Tag were so excited to go and Ty asked me all day long..."go to grandma's house mom" and I would say, "when your dad gets home from work." It made for a long day of questions. Some of our nephews were staying there also because therir moms went to Women's Conference. We had a great weekend and I am sure Joshs' dad was sure happy he was there to help out. On Friday the boys just played outside and went on motorcycle rides with their dad. Josh decided he wanted to go out by himself and when he came back he had a nice big Mohave Green Rattlesnack!! They are very poisionous and I couldn't believe he would tango with it, but he did. He didn't have a knife or gun on him, so he tried to run it over with the motorcycle, but it doged it twice. He could tell it was really mad, so he decided to throw rocks at it from a distant. He finally manged to kill it and brought the headless body back for all the boys to see. It was absolutely disgusting...I HATE snakes!! Of course it's nerves were still going, so it would try and rear up like it was going to strike...so eerie!! The boys thought it was great! I am just glad they finally put it in the trash because I am sure that Tag would have tried to eat the thing!

They irrigate, so he wanted to put this big pipe in so that the banks wouldn't keep washing out when the water flows through the irrigation channel or something along those lines. They started working on it Saturday morning and didn't get done until later that evening. Nothing went as planned, but they got it done. All the boys had a great time helping out and playing in the irrigation ditch. Anson and Ty thought it was so fun to put there heads in the cold water. It was pretty warm that day, so the cold water felt really good. Tag had lots of fun playing in the water too. We put sunblock on Ty at 12:00pm, but as you can see it was a little too late. We left that evening and were all very tired on the way home. The boys crashed and slept the whole way home!
