Josh was so excited to get Lasik eye surgery done. He actually had it done Friday, January 25th in Las Vegas. It was neat because Ty and I got to watch the entire thing. I didn't really enjoy seeing them scrape his eye, but it was really fast so I was able to handle it. Then they took him to another room where they used the laser to correct his vision. They gave him some pretty heavy medications, so he was out like a light on the way home. Then he was awake for a little bit until he took the medications again. I took these pictures after the medication had taken affect, so he looks really stoned. He said the last thing he can remember about that day was getting into to the truck after the surgery was done. He did and said some pretty funny things...lets just say I wish I could have taken pictures, but it was for MY viewing only! Now that is has been a few days since the surgery he is loving not wearing glasses. He still has to wear these cute shields to bed at night so he won't touch his eyes during his sleep and he is still taking lots of eye drops. I am just happy that he was able to get this done. I can't wait to have mine done...I figured up how much I spent on my eyes alone this year and it was a whopping$700 and I never got the problem fixed...doesn't that just make you sick!

Eye stuff is so expensive. I bought a 6 month supply of contacts that I usually make last for at least 2 years, if not longer. It is so annoying having to take out my "eyes" every night.
